Redboat has provided post production design and media for a number of documentaries, including motion graphics, 3d animation, online editing and colour grading. Sometimes just telling stories is not enough. We want to breath life into them and make them come alive. Here are a few of the documentaries we've worked on.
Rocket Compulsion (2011)
Titles, segment bumpers and animation
Redboat provided a complete package of titles, animation,segment headers, bumpers, and straps for the Discovery Documentary about a one man's mission to be the first rocket-pack pilot to fly across Sydney Harbour.
Our Generation (2010)
Online edit, grade, and motion-graphics
Redboat provided a complete post production service, including online editing, grading and motion graphics for this award winning documentary reviewing the controversial Northern Territories Intervention from the perspective of the indigenous communities.
Nature's Deadliest (2010)
3D animation and visual effects
Redboat contributed over 40 shots of high-definition 3d animation and visual effects to this Discovery documentary, illustrating the often gruesome attacks and effects of various venomous and dangerous animals including snakes, scorpions, jellyfish, killer bees, lions, and crocodiles.
